Who applied for a student visa online in June and has got their visa or update in their account?

It's less than four weeks to the start of classes and they haven't even updated my medicals yet I had done upfront medicals.

Contacting them is also an issue. If I show up physically at their office will they help?

Going to the vfs office won't solve or help you because they will tell you to wait that your application is still under processing by CIC but its an advantage as you will be hearing this physically than waiting on reading a reply

you have to be patient as most April/May online applicants are only beginning to get decisions as few June paper routes applicants are also getting a decision

Your medical will definitely be updated, just wait and if your application has exceeded the minimal processing time, then you can start dishing out a warm reminder emails and web forms to cic
