Thanks , i have tried the email you posted on 6 FEB 2015 and i am wiating their response , because auto-response says they will respond after 28 days for PR applications and the file is with in service standard time they say they will not respond ... a bit weird , 'cause to get a response we need to wait 12 months at least ... crazy NVO!

Do not worry. According to Flowers timeline you find below they are bit faster than before. If all documents are in order I think things are faster after first delay. So your time will come soon.

Medicals done: 29 & 30 December
RPRF paid: 30 December
PCC sent: 30 December
Medicals received ECAS update: 31 December
Passport request:30 January
Decision made ECAS update: 13 February
Passport returned/received with Visa & CoPR: 18 February

Yeah.. I also updated them on my employment change and all I got was a automated reply...

"Acknowledgement of receipt. Responses are sent within 5 working days for temporary residents and 28 working days for permanent residents. If your application is within processing times, a RESPONSE WILL NOT be sent. Do not send multiple requests."

What I do understand that information has reached the office and sit tight and wait till they want to contact us :)
