Got my medical request on the 30 of January and I did my medical exam on the 6th feb and the results sent by the doctor were received in London on the 12 of feb.

I have now received a letter by mail dated the 28 of January that says the following:
To send my passport a month after completing my exam
To complete the med exam or send them proof of completion (i have the proof of completion)
To confirm my phone number and address


My question is, is this normal procedure?

i have questions regarding kenya visa office current status about its speed

i have seen much forum even you know approximately the passport request,medical request,RPRF,and also visa issue date using statistics from the member.but here in keneya visa office i could not access such current statistics about the above menstined progress of the application.so if you have friends who waiting medical request,medical done,RPRF,VISA ISSUE in the year 2012 and 2013 are let us share our progerss and help each other.

additional Doc request on July 30:IELTS
ADDITIONAL doc received: October 15, 2012
LOA ON around February 5,2012
doc Received with processing fee on January14,2013
AOR from CIC ON Feburary 18,2013 and file transfer on feburary 18,2013
AOR from visa office?
medical request?
RPRF?
PPR?
VISA ISSUED?
PP RETURNED

i am waiting your golden rough estimate about those questions

What proof of completion do you submit? I have the same case but not sure what I should include.

Hi,

I am from Nairobi, got my medical request, PP request, and PR Fees in one letter on the 19th Feb 2013. Did the Medicals and completed on 15th April, We submitted our PP personally to the Embassy and were asked to drop them in a Box because the Visa Office only receives applications on the 1st Thursday of every month. On eCAS, application is in progress. For those who have gone past this stage, I have a few questions

1. How will I get my PP Back, Via mail or I will be called for them
2. When is it likely that the status will change to DM
3. Are there chances of an interview at this stage?

here it is i have face the same problem like you
for me no one has shared there experience in detail specially those of visa office kenya applicants.

what i seen from different time line from previous history once you submit the pp it will be issued after 3 mounth but i have not got recent time line specially in year 2013

this what i have

but i want to ask questions for you because you are the only man in this trend to share ideas and progress

1.what class of immigration you are applied? Provincial nominee,Family class,student.....?
2.when your file transfer to Visa office(Nairobi) or how much time it took to get medical,RPRF,PPR after the file is transfer to the Visa office?
3.through what you got the letter(email or post mail)?
4.what documents the visa office asked you after the file transfer to the visa office from CIO(central intake office)?


my time line is:

Type of immigration: PNP(MPNP)
File Transfer to Visa office:Feb.18,2013 and also AOR (from the CIO office)

when i will probably expect the letter requesting the RPRF,Medical request,PP based on your experience?

i am so in confusion

my visa office is Nairobi,Kenya,Africa

first i sent the application to CIO-NS for permanent residency visa application(provincial nominee program)
on Feb 18,2013 i have got email from CIO office saying your application is complete with identification number like(UCI) and it is send to visa office for further process
when i check the online ecas status it says
We received your application for permanent residence on January 14, 2013.

We started processing your application on May 23, 2013.

but still the visa office could not requested me medical test

what does that mean in process without medical result

i do no in Nairobi gut i get with in two days in my country in Ethiopia. i think that is not take more time if you are in side in nairobi

I think between 1-2 weeks. Once you apply they will write for you the date to come for it.
