Nairobi visa office applicant !

I sent CSI 3 times but no response, normally only it take one month to get visa after u get PPR all ppls collect
their visa in a month in NVO til August, now the qouta is full for 2012.
I have one friend who got the same response from NVO last month like edla and payal,even the VO did the same
thing last year, the guy asked them about his status they gave him similar answer

"Kindly note that due to operational requirements, we will be resuming processing of skilled worker applications after April 2011.
He asked again NVO to explain what they did mean by operational requirement? they explain it

"Citizenship and Immigration Canada is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the issuance of visas throughout the year. As a result, we will not be in a position to issue a visa to you until the period indicated on our earlier email."

its not me who got any official info frm nvo abt stopping visa upto jan 2013. its my agent who told me. and thats only operationally they got to know. so, i was just letting forum guys to know, abt wat i heard. else, its not official yet announced.

hi everyone, i applied through family class sponsorship
in July the visa office requested for my PP and have my sponsor pay RPRF, two months after submiting my passport it was showing in Process and today when checked ecas i see decision Made. but my address still reads the one of my country in Africa, any good news guys

Congratulation Clon!!!

You will get ur passport with visa after a week , don't worry the address will change to Canadian address the next three or four days.
Did you contact ur bank to check when VO encashed
PRPF?

And he deserves a plus for that (1+)

I believe it is good to be optimist and to expect positive out comes, but sometimes we have to face the facts
and prepare ourselves for the challenges. Here we are talking about our visa office that's NVO, that says "due to operational
requirement we will resume visa issuance in the FSW category in January 2013".

This is the fact, that I received from the office, they didn't say QSW or Family class, but they are talking about FSW category.
It's obvious that other visa offices are issuing visas but if you get any news that NVO is issuing visa for FSW category, then
that means this information is so valuable for us.

I hope you understand what I mean.
