NAIROBI OUTLAND APPLICANTS 2014

Guys Nairobi visa office is getting worse, 23 months processing time that suppose to be less as another visa office in TZ ...
 
Falmaata, many applicants in here are getting them in 8-10 months. I think those long time lines are for difficult / complicated cases :)
 
Hello Falmata. under your in process, can you see the 3rd line that shows when they started processing your application?many people reported that they don't see he line saying ''we staterded processing ...application on....
some said it's normal, others said it's not.me I have no idea.
 
I have not seen anything just application received and medical have been received , I was wondering what's the reson some saying not normal ? If its not what does it mean?
 
For those of us who got thier apps sent to TZ . Has anyone Recieved anything ? Even aor2 ?

I guess in process doesn't mean anything these days . Why can't the Outland visa offices be more sufficient like missisuaga? Only took us 2 month to got approval . I dont see the reasons why visa offices take too long too do anything .

It's 2015 and cic is working backwards . They can make all the files digital and contact applicant as soon as the it reaches visa office by email or notification on ecas letting know applicants thier files are in good hands .

Or maybe spousal immigration are no longer priority . Express entry is the only way to get quick entry .
 
@ Lonelyguy : what does urs say?? Does it hv the third line..
Under my in-process it just has 2 things. The date the app was received and medical received.
Maybe the third line will show up after decision is made. That's what happened to the sponsor section. The third line about when it was processesed came later on.
Did u hear or get an email from them?? Since we both went to in-process on the same date. I haven't heard anything yet. This wait is painful.

Heyy samj , mee too same situation no new update. if you get anything before please let me know. I check ecas like 3 times a day but no update.but Simbakubwa said it took 3 weeks for him. so let's give it like one moth in total.alrady 2 weeks have apssed.

Hello Nairobi applicants !am from Uganda!my husband is in canada en he sponsored my daughter en I,we submitted our documents last year in a March,now da status shows "Application was received on March 25th 2014 and we started processing ur application on 20th May 2015!!!it shows in process!!!oh God the waiting is heart aching!does anyone hav an idea on how much longer I have to wait before this whole thing is done!!!!plz share some advice!thanx
 
Aalsagaaf, you submitted passport right?or m wrong?
@Peron.I don't know why it took too long, normally for Ugandans it goes faster. one Gisam here applied in February and now got Visas.any way it is case by case.
 
I also don't know why my case is taking long!i haven't submitted our passports yet,they haven't asked for medicals as well!cud it be bse my file includes our daughter who is 5years old.it shows In process!!!!!but haven't heard from them!do they usually communicate thru email or mail!coz I haven't checked my mail box yet.i keep checking my emails only
 
It's very important to check your mail box since they may use it to send yuou a correspondence.
and most of time when they writte to you they give you 30 or 60 days sometimes 90 to repply and if you do not repply this might affect your file, or simply they proceed without that information.
