Can u plz tell me which category of PR did u applied? I mean it was PNP paper based or express entry? Or family sponsored?

My application was SINP OID paper based
I applied on 2 Oct 2019
AoR 14 jan 2020
Visa Office kenya
Biometric request 14 jan 2020
Biometric done 22 Jan 2020
Medical request 28 Feb 2020
Pre arrival invitation letter 29 Feb 2020
Medical done 18 Mar 2020
Medical passed 3 april 2020

Hi Everyone
I tried to check status of a case under On-Line Services (cic.gc.ca) but using UCI number . I was able to see it before Jan 2021. But lately I am getting this error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: " I used the same Uci number I also tired with out the dash but still can't get thought it. please help! if you encounter this before
