Nails and Spa Supervisor.. NOC 6211 or NOC 6316?

Hi guys,

What is the correct NOC code for store supervisor position at nails and spa?

I worked here started in 2012 to 2014. Descriptions are .. (in brief)

Supervise spa technicians to ensure that services are maintained.
Establish staff work schedules
Resolve work-related issues
Manage daily transaction receipts and cash flow.
Maintain inventory for internal usage and retail demand.
Establish and implement store policies and compliance to safety procedures.
Perform employee performance reviews

I've met two immigration agencies so far and they have have come up with these two different codes..NOC 6211 and NOC 6316..
So I'm confused.

Anyone has the correct information?

IMHO, 6316 would be better. BTW, have you got your PR? and which NOC did you choose? I am in the same shoes as yours. Thanks a lot!

I haven't found out which NOC is suitable for working as a specialist. Please update your post if you know the answer. I do not know who to turn to. I don't have the money to contact a paid specialist. I want to work in a salon of the level of my favorite place https://onsitemedspa.com/services/. I think I have enough experience to be hired for work in a professional salon. However, I don't know how to find an employer from abroad to get a work visa to live and work in Canada. I'll accept any help or suggestion. Thanks.
