Refarding my current position, can i provide:
1. Experience letter showing title, dates and salard
2. Initial offer letter and visa petition letter with detailed job description

All on the companys letterhead? Is there anything else i would need?

After reading all these requirements, I'm thinking to hire an immigration lawyer to make sure everything is covered with CIC standards.

Specially my first job experience from back home which is in war right now! I'm not sure if my ex-employer will write these all details that happened 10 years ago. ???

Well if it happened over 10 years ago you wouldn't get any points for such work experience so you don't even have to include it in the work history section.

My first job was from January, 2007 - April 2009. and I do have collect 2 years of foreign experience. Am I losing these points anytime soon!!!!

Gosh I hate to be the bearer of bad news - your score will decrease on April 2017 (the specific date depends on when you stopped working). Hopefully you will get your ITA before then.

No man ! I stopped April 2009 that's mean 7 years ago.

January 2007 was more than 10 years ago so that work experience is gone already and it will keep going like this until you have less than 2 years of work experience (April 2017)

Oh gosh what I was thinking - 1 and 2 are the same, a decrease from 3 to 2 is what would decrease one's foreign work score.
