Sorry, I am not sure about that kirtivsingh. If I have to guess, I do not think there would be another round of eligibility check.

Sorry guys for late reply.

I worked for two companies. First 1.5 years gave reference letter on compsny letter head. Second is my present company. Working for 4 years. Did not give reference letter, only got experience letter stating my time in job. I claimed points for 3 years so this reference letter was needed. I made a self declaration. I work for a top software company, very well known around world. Additional docs were my offer letter, payslips, experience letter. None of these mentioned my roles.

None of your letters had job duties?

Hi, I have a quick question:

Does the letter have to state your NOC code?

No need.

Thanks Stanlee for this valuable piece of info..
+1 to you :)

for the reference letter is it necessary that the supervisor/colleague should be working there presently
I have 2 of my past colleagues but they are now working with some other company.
so can i get the reference letter from them
bcoz I tried contacting my other colleague , HR and manager but they are not even responding.
Pls help

Hey guys, I have two more questions:

1. Does the job letter need to have the exact start (and end dates)? Eg. DD/MM/YYYY or MM/YYYY

2. If one gets a job through an employment/recruitment agency, and is paid by the agency, where does the job letter come from? Employer or Agency? Also, is the job done during this period acceptable if NOC 0, A or B?

Anyone who got a job through a recruiting agency and is undergoing the PR process or already has PR, please share your knowledge. Thanks.

Hey,

I've came up with an interesting query. Would be grate if you people can provide me with your output.

1. Who actually verifies the Job Responsibilities from experience letter to be in-line with NOC responsibilities? A technical person or an HR person?
2. How'd an HR person relate to the experience letters duties with the one mentioned in NOC? Shouldn't it be exact same statement as mentioned in NOC list?
3. Can we provide HR those list of duties from the NOC and ask them to write after consultation with my manager, the duties I've performed?
4. Or, should we let HR write my experience and duties in their own format/language as it won't effect our case?

Hi, I have a couple questions:

1. Does anybody know if Express Entry officers are actually calling or emailing former employers to verify if my provided letter of experience is correct?

2. Right now I have Young Professionals visa and if I use the same MyCIC account to upload required documents for Express Entry which I used for YP are there going to be some problems if my currently submitted information won't completely match to what I have uploaded for Young Professionals visa a year ago? I'm asking because for YP visa work experience didn't really matter much so I didn't include everything and for Express Entry it matters and I want to claim 3 years of experience which I actually had, but didn't declare it completely in YP. So I'm just wondering if that inconsistency might be considered as fraud?

I have a question

If i request a ref letter from my current employer now, it will state that i have been employed since dec 2012 until this day
But i didn't receive an ita yet, on my ee online application i stated that this is my current employer
So when i get an ita will they need a new ref letter dated to a further day or will this one be satisfactory?
