Dear all
I hope you have noticed the Highlighted portion in the above post
The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your immigrant / visa application.
Please correct me if i am reading between the lines, it says befor you submit your application,

This is my query
My Visa Application reached CIO on 7th of Oct 2010, hence can the Issue date of PCC be any time after 7th July 2010?

Hey Jeniya

Thanks a lot for posting this communication from N/Delhi VO. Just a small request .... if you can post the whole thing .....including their address (means the way you have received - deleting your per. information) ... will be very much appreciable. Needy members can directly print the same from here......

As for your query ..... I think that, irrespective of the place you send (CIO along with the application OR VO, when asked) it should not be older than 3 months.
It is not the way you have assumed ....... of course if you are sending PCC along with the application - Then it's fine. BUT submitting PCC at VO (suppose after 7 months) .... though the issue date is within 3 months of application submission & is valid (12 months) ........ WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY N/Delhi VO. I hope it is not confusing ..... :o ;D ???

Cheers, Anil

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii 8) :P :P :o 8) :-X :-* ;D ;) ;) :D

People, i guess it's time we start using this thread?? Now that there are a considerable amount of PERs already?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Right ... here I am...

Anil BTW there was a question I had asked in the other thread (post 26/6 ...)

Someone from ND got a response to an inquiry after his PER and it basically advised him to submit all documents to the VO having already done it once to the CIO!!!!!

The they told him they'll calculate the points, tell him if he's eligible and post that it'll take 8 months!

Check out the post by always +ve @ http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/applications-after-266-in-any-noc-connect-here-to-get-the-status-t49421.13485.html

I wonder what the CIO did for four months then?

Hi all

good to see that the list is getting greener day by day

I wonder what happened to Majorhell, Westwards and Lawrence.Roy? The only ones waiting for a long time in ND tracker :(

Hope they get back with good news soon..

ND VO has a reputation of being one of the fastest and most efficient offices around, yet no news from them, when a medical request has gone out of Manila ??? ???

Hope some medical requests are on the way for ND applicants :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

hey indira,

congrats on the PER.....has ny1 received the 2nd PER from the ND VO ???

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
