since then, i am also waiting for further progress.

Hi everyone,
Is there anyone waiting for stamped visas for more than 4mths. We sent our pprt/med/rprf around last week of nov 2011 to ndvo, rprf was encashed In 3rd week of dec'11. The ecas status was changed to "med received" in first week of jan'12. We haven't heard back from them yet. We sent a reminder to the CHC around 10 days back but no reply has been received so far. How much longer do we have to wait still? Is the visa stamping really taking that long these days? Could there be any problem with our case?
Please guide
Regards
J.P.

My case is worst than you, my DD encashed on sept 2011 and still havent received my passport.

Hi Guys,
I received below email from NDVO yesterday:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

This acknowledges your request for the return of your passport. It will be returned to you by registered mail at your designated mailing address in India, Nepal or Bhutan, leaving our office within the next five business days.

When should I be expecting my PP? are they gonna dispatch my PP after 5 days or as stated within 5 days ( I cant trust them anymore :( )
Please share your experience whoever received similar email from NDVO

Thanks
