Mysore University transcript request

Hi,

I am hoping to request for transcript from Mysore university for WES evaluation. What are the procedures for it?
I currently reside in the U.S. and have absolutely nobody in Karnataka to go in person on my behalf.

If you are not residing in Mysore best option is to contact uttarika service. They are the best in indian universities. Even i got my transcripts from them with in 15 days they are realy fast and best.

I sent a bunch of emails for request but no one is replying..any luck?
