I was able to log in about 30 minutes ago. No updates.
And now it's gone again.

Same here.. was able to login. Everything looks the same.
Some load balance problem on CIC servers or ddos attack.
 
Still cannot log in and this is now the second day. I have Schedule A to upload and cannot do so. I am goign to call them today.

just logged in successfully after few bugs and multiple refresh of webpage.
 
I was able to log in moments ago, but some of my forms were empty!

Did anyone experience the same thing?

People! Unless you have some important deadline to meet, IMHO I think it is prudent to wait till the technical issues are resolved before you make any changes in your eAPR.

I agree, but I was trying to update my spouse's ECA to get more points for the next draw. :/

You can use CSE for submission of documents in case MYCIC portal is down but the good news is CSE is also down.
