I figured out how to resolve the problem.

When you hit View Submitted Application, in upper left corner hit Start Again. When it asks if you want to exit, hit Cancel and voila - you will be in Permanent Residence application

Though, I was already able to get back to my e-APR, but this is the easiest way.

If the method described doesn't work, simply use this below method:

1. Click on view submitted application.
2. If it takes you to the submitted documents window, simply change the following last portion from the web address bar documentsToSubmit.do with applicationChecklist.do and hit enter.
or simply copy and paste this below in your url address bar after logging in to your MyCIC account:
https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/applicationChecklist.do


Also, now there's a new additional feature below the e-APR forms "Preview my score". I guess, this is to find out if applicant still meets the draw MEC... CRS points equal to or higher than the draw cutoff.

Though, if I click it, it shows an error (system offline).

Hi,

I am having the same issue.
I tried to check my account today by signing in to my account normally. Then I found it asking me to create a new account (after signing in) and then I found that all the information including the messages and the forms submitted and my applications are all gone!!!
I am freaking out and I wonder if you were able to solve this issue

I submitted my application today, and it brought up a message says not eligible , when I reviewed my profile application I found most of data erased..please help!

I applied for visitor visa on Sept 25th 2019 and completed biometric on Oct 11th in Massachusetts. Couple days later I logged in to my account to check status of my application and there was no history on my application. Linking my application to my account was also unsuccessful. I submitted webform request a week ago, no reply. Please help me fix this.
