MyCIC Application Status is "Cancelled"

Hello,
I've applied for Open Work Permit Visa online on April, 29, 2015. Until now, I did not receive any e-mail regarding Ask or Doc-request. But yesterday(October, 10,2015), I found that my Application Status in MyCIC profile is "cancelled". I don't know what should I do now? And what is the reason for that.

In addition, my husbund who was applied with me on a same day, received his Work Permit already.

I really appreciate it if you consider my situation and help me.

If no new message showing on your myCIC account, You should give a call to CIC to ask the reason

Any Updated result about this situation?

Today Feb. 04, 2016 I got the same result too and called CIC call centre agent.
The Guy just send me a link to read on who are eligible to apply for an open work permit.
He said their job is not to identify problems, they just provide where to get information on what we are applying.

Does Cancelled then same as withdrawn? Means your documents been deleted?

In my case We already done Medical Exam Last December 2015 and waiting for the result.
I'm holding a closed work permit which will expire on April 2017 but lost a job, because Our Company Lost the contract and they decided to stop the operation and let us go.
