Mycic account has been locked beacuse I've accidentally somehow answered those 3 security questions wrong. please help me with this problem. iam very tensed i don't know what to do... please help me out..
Guys please it's emergency here it's been 3 days still i can't unblock my account.. please help me to do this.. i can't forget ur help.. please please help me out guys..

They have an FAQ. Don't be lazy. Check that as it is run by cic, not canadavisa.

If the faq doesn't help you out you could try to contact them.

But again, check the faq and helpcenter first. There is nothing a support staff hayes more than a customer who hadn't checked the available faqs.

Process has changed. They don't unlock via calls. I tried everything for days and days before I figured out what worked. You'll have to fill a web form with your complain.

Google for IRCC web form and fill it with Application Type: Technical difficulties. They unlocked mine in 2 days. You'll receive an email when they unlock.
