Hello everyone, i am new to this forum and i need some help. I am applying for the immigration in a couple of days. All my documents are complete (including ECA, IELTS, Job experience etc) The issue that i have is that i am confused regarding my job experience. I have a majors degree in MBA HR but i don't have any experience in that. I have a four years experience as a User support Technician (NOC 2282). My question is whether this will be an issue for my immigration or not? Thank you and have a nice day everyone.

that should be ok. No problem with that. Education is valued separately and work exp valued separately. You should have necessary education and would need to have certifications and WES assessment to prove that. Then you should have necessary experience letters from company to prove your work exp related to NOC.
