my wife's immigration -medicals

Dear Experts,

My wife is going formedicals.
At themedicals,they have asked her to bring file number. But we haven't applied for her immigration yet. No filenumber yet. So they asked for Appendix A ,what is appendix A...
we are planning to send medicals along with the application for PR.

In summary, you don't need Appendix A or any other forms if you are applying under the Family Class category, in other words, if you are sponsoring or being sponsored by a spouse or relative.

Medical examinations for outland Family class applications are done up-front, meaning you book an appointment with one of the designated medical examiners in the region you live at, and he/she will give you a copy of the Medical report, which you would include in your application package.

Just to note.. the Dr will not give you a copy of the medical report - he will give the IMM1017 form which is the receipt/proof of medical exam that you include with your application.
