My wife was already granted a Canadian tourist visa last year and we stayed in Montreal for about 2 months and returned to Ecuador after that time. On entry last year the immigration officer granted the full 6 months stay but we only stayed for the time mentioned above.
Now I would like to know if we apply for another single entry visitor visa if it will be much easier to be accepted then the first time? She also has a 5 year American tourist visa granted to her two years ago. I am just wondering if any one would know about the answer to this question?
We are going to apply next week and plan on visiting a childhood friend during the month of March who will accommodate us while we are there.

Yes, much easier as you applied for a TRV, went as a visitor and returned without overstaying.

Thank you so much for your answer. I just wanted to know if there was the chance to get my wife a visa again with out stressing about a possible denial.
I am applying on Thursday and since it is not really high season in Canada for tourists I am sure I should get the response in about 2 weeks or so.
