I am an Indian citizen and my wife is a philippines citizen , we don't have any kid , after a 2 years of my wife work as a live-in-care-giver in canada , she applied for our PR. She is sponsoring me. Now i have received a Application kit from Delhi high commission in Delhi , India , they ask me to fill IMM0008 form . As per my knowledge i need to put my information as a Principal Applicant , but sir on 3rd page in IMM0008 form , whose details i need to fill in Dependant column , my details (principal applicant) or my wife details who is my sponsor and already in canada.
