Best of luck. You will have to wait till after delivery for her medical. Wait is the only option. Email CIC letting them know why you cannot furnish her MR at this time.

I don't have much idea but trust me there are some one like iam Toby and others who has excellent knowledge they will for sure help

Should I have to submit her pregnancy report

Or just send email to cic

You both go to your nearby physician for medical. He will complete your medical and inform CIC that your wife's medical is pending due to pregnancy. Then you go to your doctor and ask for written letter stating due date on it(it can be on prescription letter with DR sign). Email that letter to CIC and ask your case officer for next step. They will put your case on hold like they did for me. Let me know if you have any question.

She went to for medical and the doctor said its risky for baby to do medical

Should I ask for to put a note in his system that she is not able to do medical and cic will know from they're system

And rest as you Said we will arrange it

As per CIC, one s still required to go for his/her medicals. The X-RAY which actually causes harm can be deferred after the baby is born. You will need to complete this form and take it to the doctors

Also, look at section 4.6.1 from the doctors handbook for CIC: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/index.asp#chap4.6.

Copied the relevant section here:

4.6.1 Pregnant client

If the client chooses to defer her CXR because of pregnancy:

eMedical-enabled Panel Clinics

CIC is informed electronically by eMedical when a CXR is deferred and the health case is put on hold when a client is pregnant and chooses to defer her CXR;
CXR requisition and instructions are generated by eMedical and provided to the client;
eMedical generates a “Pregnancy deferral letter” with instructions for the client;
All other components of the IME are completed and the IME is put on hold status until the CXR is completed;
The IME will be submitted to CIC along with the CXR results when available.

It's the same case with me. I am expecting MR this month and I have decided to do medicals for my wife without Xray and will go follow the other steps after delivery.
Having said that my wife underwent immigration medical september 30 last year. Not sure if CIC will accept that MR.

i dont have much knowledge but you should also consider following thread...

"Pregnancy

If you or a member of your family is pregnant and unable to complete the medical examination, it may be deferred until after the birth of the child. Note that the newborn child will need to be added to the application as a dependant, and both mother and child will need to undergo a medical examination as soon as possible to finalize the application."

i found that in PNP guidelines but i am not sure it applies to CEC or not.....
