We've already told you what you should do. If you apply together with your parents, you're increasing your risk of refusal. If being with your wife for the birth of your child is a priority for you, apply on your own first.

Dear Scylla,

As per your advise, I have planned to apply for myself first and then my parents.

I have got all the documents, please let me know if I am missing something. The list goes like this:
Application IMM 5257
Family Information Form IMM 5645

Fee Payment - Will be paid in cash at VFS Dubai
Travel Document - Copy of my Passport and Resident Visa
Two Photos
Financial Support - Providing Bank Statement for last 3 months
Marriage Certificate - Providing Copy of Marriage Certificate attested by UAE Foreign Affairs
Purpose of Travel - My Statement of Purpose with my Employment Letter stating dates of my visit.

Additional Documents:
Providing my wife's invitation letter, her Canadian PP and Citizenship Card, Statutory Declaration Letter attested as the apartment is under her brother's name, her brother Canadian PP and Citizenship Card and her brother T4 and doctor's letter.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
