My wife is canadian citizen living in Pakistan with me, Can I apply from here?

My wife is a canadian citizen and she's living with me in Pakistan. He's not doing any kind of job. Can I apply while she's here or she has to go back to canada and then I will be allowed to apply for spouse visa?

Canadian citizens abroad can sponsor a spouse or common-law partner, along with any dependants. They must show that they WILL return to Canada to reside once permanent resident status is granted.

what proof does she needs to show to prove that we will reside in canada after getting my visa? and Does she need to show any income?

For proof, she would have to show a current job acceptance letter, or a graduate program admissions acceptance letter, etc.
Something that shows that she will/has to return and has to/willing to stay in Canada.
