my wife got the passport request, me and my daughter still. help pls!

Can somebody please explain me. She got the request to deposit the passport, my daughter and i still havent. Is this normal? why we didnt all got the invitation?

Dominican Republic. my wife got the pass rqest last friday, and we all applied together.
