My wife Canada visitor visa refusal

There's not a lot to go on here, but I see a couple of things.

The fact that you have US and Canada visas does not count for much in terms of your wife's application. How about your wife's travel history?

You sent wife's bank account details, but it's clear you support her, so what's shown in her bank has you as the source.

You mention with staying 6 months with you in Dubai and 6 months with your mother and Pakistan. The impression so far is that all of her principal ties are to you, although she has her own family.

What's the purpose of the 11-day trip?

Others here with more experience in these things will probably have more to say.
the answer is yes for overall my wife is housewife and I’m the one who support her , there are many whose wife never work. You guys are just saying that husband will prove his own ties and wife his own it’s not like that , many newly married couple travel for honey moon trip so in that case wife is also not working only husband is businessman . Our trip was also the same just to visit and the refused for family ties , if I’m family I’m going for visit already I have visa and then I’ll be back for my business investments is not a joke that I can stay in Canada

Yes I will request for reconsideration. I feel injustice with the decision taken
Well, that's standard. Almost all denied feel injustice, in some cases properly so.

I'll admit I have a hard time seeing much injustice in your case so far. I feel far more entitled to wallow in that feeling. I am a Canadian citizen. A professional. Pay very substantial taxes to various levels of government in Canada and have for years. We tried 3 times to get a TRV for my wife. It became clear she would never be allowed in unless we got married and I sponsored her. All so she could come here and have a look and see if she might have any interest in living here. We might well still go back to live in her country, where I lived for a few years in the past. So, not only denied TRVs 3 times in 3 years, but forced to go the whole PR route, with attendant time and expense, to accomplish what we feel should have been easy at the outset.

Feel sad for u , I’m also frustrated because I’m well establish and they didn’t refused my wife visa on financial ties just they refused on family ties it’s very deficult here no one understand my case they are just asking me why u coming to Canada why and why , it’s my money I’m well establish I have properties in Dubai if I sell one property I can open big business in Canada which is not my urge or dream , who have a lot of properties back in home I can’t go far from that , my wife is fully dependent on me so people here telling me they will check ur wife ties so people will send their wife for jobs for making their ties it’s totally wrong . If husband is establish and he is taking his wife for vacation it should be granted the visa in my view that’s why I seek some advise from people here that should I raise for reconsideration and instead of properly advising they are just rapid firing

I am not arguing with you and not defending the IRCC decision. The system sucks, in large measure because of so many who have abused kinder rules. That maybe should have been addressed long ago by imposing very harsh penalties on overstayers and such. So, in the end, the honest ones pay the price.

I still feel a sense of outrage over our denials. I wonder on how the IRCC would possibly think that my wife would remain in Canada, as an illegal, in the shadows, and that I would be party to that. Yet that's what the denials reflect. A view that we are both liars. To some extent I am surprised they granted her PR application. After all, they denied us a TRV 3 times, so I don't know why they did not deny the PR on the basis that we are known liars, lied 3 times on TRV applications, hence my wife is forever barred from entering Canada. A bit hard to reconcile the decisions.

In my case should I request for reconsideration or not

When I saw your initial post and replied, it looked like no replies had come in yet. Now, when I refresh the thread, I see that @Naturgrl had already posted a few times.

In all of this, I would defer to her views. She had been on this forum much longer and, overall, has learned a lot more about this stuff than I. I would not say not to apply for reconsideration. I do not think it can cause harm. Maybe @Naturgrl will share some thoughts on that topic.

@Naturgrl view about ties that they will check her ties , I didn’t agree with her or him because that case may be depend on employed person case , if a person is doing his business and he can support his wife in this case wife ties is husband and husband has alot of ties like investments etc so he has to come back for his ties so wife is club with husband ties in my view which Naturgrl not agree I think , as per him or her wife has his own ties and husband his own ties )) so one time only one person will visit to Canada ))) couple will never visit together ))))

I honestly think that, of those who have replied, @Naturgrl will provide the best advice. You might not like it and you do not have to take it. But she tells it like it is, like it or not, and whether or not she agrees with the way IRCC sees and does things. I'll venture that none of the other well-experienced/informed members here will depart from her views. Moreover, to her credit, if she does not know the answer to a question, or is unsure, she'll say so. That trait is shared by other long-term members here.

I have real doubts about whether a reconsideration in your case will prevail. That's based on the experiences of others I have seen posted here over time. But, not hopeless. But that's just an impression, based on my limited experience.

She can apply for reconsideration. I am only stating what IRCC is considering and approval is based on her ties to return and not base on your strong profile. Saying she will come back because of your business, investment, properties is not a tie. She was refused for family ties and she cannot show family ties. Again, IRCC considers her ties a spouse and children. I am just stating what IRCC is considering. I have no issue with your wife being supported by you, and it can be unfair for some women who cannot show their own properties, investments, business dealings.

Why don’t you travel somewhere else? Go to Europe, UK, US.

Not sure what you mean but now your spouse and infant have a refusal so must mention it on any future applications for any country especially the Five Eyes. Your spouse can ask for reconsideration showing her ties to return, not yours. No sense arguing here as we are not IRCC so bring up complaints with them. Hopefully your spouse and child are approved. Good luck.

@Naturgrl just need one clarification , I’m submitting reconsideration now , as I told u they refused my wife and infant daughter so I’ll submit 2 different web form for wife and daughter separately or just one web form and mention daughter in that one web form . Why I’m asking because web form the selection options are for one applicant , kindly advise

They are separate webforms. With reconsideration, IRCC may never respond as it is not a formal process. They may just acknowledge that it was received. So if months go by, reapply.
