what are the options that will let my wife and father to be here or is there any other way that i can bring them here or i must have to wait till i get citizenship

So did you claim refugee status 4 months ago or was your claim accepted 4 months ago?

When you apply for PR status, you can include your wife. It will take 18-24 months to receive your PR, plus about 6-8 months more for your wife to receive hers.

Your father is a different matter and likely can’t be included (others can correct me if I am mistaken). He would need to find his own means of immigrating to Canada.

As for getting them here early, now you have claimed as a refugee, it will be extremely difficult for them to obtain a visa to travel here. IRC’s will anticipate they are not actual visitors and will claim asylum. Chances of any sort of visa are extremely slim.

I got my refugee ID 4 months ago I don't know what it means like claim accepted or not but as lawyer said you've to wait for getting travel document and there will be another interview in court soon.
and my father is around 72 yrs old is there anything that will help him.

and what means applying PR status is that like when I go for another interview in court and then if judge will let me know whether my claim is accepted or not is that mean i'll get PR right away
and as you said wait time is 18-24 months for that it means I've to wait till 2021 February?march?...
really confused please let me know if I'm wrong in any way..

that means you have to wait 12 to 14 month to get first hearing / interview and if your case is decide and accepted then it will take 18-24 months to get PR. Good luck.

It typically takes 1 to 1.5 years to be accepted as a refugee and then another 1.5 to 2 years to get PR. Your wife most likely won't be able to come to Canada until PR is approved. So if you claimed refugee status around six months ago, it's likely going to be 2-3 years before your wife can come to Canada. She can try applying for a TRV - however chances are very high that it will be refused.

It will take longer to qualify to sponsor your father for PR. You should assume it will not be possible for him to get a visitor visa approved to come to Canada as a visitor. Also, you need to completely avoid visiting your home country until after you have citizenship.

After 12-14 months you have to wait an additional 18-24 months. So 30-38 months total (more or less).

You can only apply to bring your father to Canada on a super visa after you are a PR. The chances of refusal will be extremely high unfortunately.
