My visitor visa refused

I applied extension of visitor visa.But,today I got refusal letter online.

At end of the letter says,it says

You must leave Canada on or before the expiry of your current document or, if your document has already expired you must leave Canada immediately. Failure to do so could result in enforcement action being taken against you.

How soon should I leave?

Is there anyway that I can stay bit longer.I need to have something done.I need 20 days minimum.

When does your current visa end? As the message says, if you have not status now, you must leave right away.
