My visa was rejected and reapplied on the same day!

My visa was rejected on 23rd December. Reason being the purpose of visit. I have a computer science degree and I have also passed all the CFA exams and got admitted into Ivey business school. However I was still rejected, Can I be accepted in the second application? I am from Kenya and I understand that Africans have a low acceptance rate! Anyone who has gone through this!

Yes I paid all the MBA fees! I dint know about the GCMS notes and my program is beginning soon so I thought maybe if I made a better letter explaining why the program was a good fit for me then it would work! I have not received any feedback though

When does your program start because processing starts from the beginning? Hopefully you will be successful but purpose of visit (if that was the only reason) is a broad statement and can mean a few things. That is why GCMS notes are important.

How do I access GCMS notes and how long does it take to get them? My program starts on March 6th
