My Visa Rejuected today..please give me your suggestion.

Visa Rejected today.

Reasons of rejection are following:-
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay.
2. Your family ties in Canada & in your country of residence
3. Purpose of Visit
4. Limited employment prospects in your county of residence

I have been submit my file 21.01.213 and got rejection 24.01.2013 and received documents TCS back dated 29.01.2013.

My Profile is bellow:-
• Program: - Business Administration Accounting (Level of Study:- post secondary “Full time”)
• College: - Cambrian College Public/Govt
• Paid 11,424/- Canadian Dollar fee of one year.
• Show Assets was PKR 40 Lac Loan Letter and 20million fixed asset
• And my last degree was “bachelor in Business Administration” which is equal to Honor.
• Father Bank Statement was PKR 11Lac.

I really disappoint why the idiot do this type of cheep decision . And such a quick decision I can’t believe. Anyway please tell me guyz what step should I take? Cuz I feel my level of course was : post secondary “ which is one of the biggest reason? Otherwise my SOP and other documents are quite fine.
Should I go for fee refund?? i dont want to waste time & bound my huge money. Cuz CHC behave with pakistani students such a bullshit .....

Please give me suggestion??What you people suggest? Its request all of you.

rabia.....so sorry..so said news....but dont loos your temper.and be optimistive....
seeing such a rude behavior from chc one can include that it because of only two reasons
1: you took in diploma
2: you choosed college
we have green passport and this colour has no value to all embassies. in pakistan the visa ratio for college applicant is hardly 5% but for university it is above 90%. so dont be passimist and try again with university offer and some degree program.....

I told you many times if you can remember that don't apply on college LOA. As I also suffered from this last year.
Go for CAIPS first to see the actual reason of refusal and then apply on uni LOA

I think you got refused because you already have a Bachelors and you applied to do a Certificate course. I would humbly suggest you apply for a PGD or a Masters and go from there.

for instance, if someone wasnt satisfied with their bachelor's degree then what could be done?

I want to know this, since I have my brother in Canada, who finished his University and having Workpermit with MBA program. And I am applying for Visa with University of York letter...

i am 101% agree with you which reason did you mention.. the problem is that Camrian College did not offer the Postgraduate Diploma....this is the mojor reason for me now...thats whay only i have 1 option to refund my fee..

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about such an early rejection but there are some points to ponder. First of all just be happy that your application process was too quick!. You can now re-apply with better stats.

I would recommend you to go for a university. Any university will do but It always depends on where exactly you want to go. Every city has difference prospects. You have to show strong home ties and all those points related on your application rejection.


dont worry... Just take a month off.. Take the refund from the collage, try to search a reasonable university and do the Masters.. Not necessary to do MBA you can try Masters in finance.

Just get those things right and you will do good. Dont worry.
