my visa rejected looking for expertise advice . help me out please

Hello Everyone my name is Hrithvik , i am from Hyderabad , India. I recently applied my visa under non sds category on 7 august 2019 and my visa was refused on 28 august 2019 ~

>> Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability and I am not satisfied you are a genuine student and that you will depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay,So these were the reasons .
Can i re-apply with my same IELTS score which is L-7.0,R-6.5,W-5.5,S-6.0 overall 6.5 /. Now i need expertise advice please help me out
my course is internet solution developer

No. You need to re-take your IELTS, according to the previous thread below the visa officer likes to see at least a 6 score in each band. Your writing score ruined your chance since you got 5.5.

I misplaced my two passports that i had expired visas and acquired a new one. Would it be a necessary to let the visa officer or do i need to attach a police report of the lost passports when applying for a TRV visitor visa ?

As an employee and single person (not married), what are the chances of getting my visa approved without considering other factors ?
Because i read on this platform that if one is single but employed, your chances of getting a trv visa approved is low. how true is that ?

I already answered your query on the passport. It is necessary to inform the visa officer because you mentioned that you have no copy of you previous visas. You have no travel history. This is the 1st time I heard that you can ask for a police report for misplaced passports.

Being single is a red flag because you don't have a family of your own or dependents. No family tie means if you want to illegally stay in Canada, no family or dependents can hold you back to return to your home country. Even if you don't plan to overstay, the visa officer thinks the other way.
