I am from India and have applied for open workpermit based on spouse open workpermit and it is now under process.
When I applied for visa she had full time job under skill level B.
Now she has been laid off by the employer. Does it impact on my visa or do i need to submit any document related to laid off?

Please help/guide me on this.

Thanks.

1. As your spouse is no longer employed, you are not eligible for a SWOP.

Thanks for your reply.

Question - what if she got another job soon and we inform cic asap before visa gets rejected? does it work or i have to apply for visa again?

when you apply then your spouse was on job ? if yes, then you will get an open work permit because.
