B.E Computer science with 61 percentage, having 3.5 of experience in IT as a software engineer.
I applied on 11 july got refusal letter on 11 August.Now again applied on 26 august and my classes are starting at 6th of sept
Refusal reason is very famous one . which is "our proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities ,or your future prospects and plans."
I applied for Computer application development which is a IT course i really do not understand the real reason for refusal. please read my old and new sop .i know it is very big but if you need any other info brother please ask. thanks once again.

The sheer passion, dedication and insight into the future that Steve had led to the growth of Apple one of the riches technology companies in the world. The products created by Apple Inc. from the ipod to the iphone and the ipad have all been game-changers and have a fanatic fan-following all over the world. Here are innovations that keep evolving not only technically but also hold infinite scope for creativity and logic. I feel a similar sense of exhilaration when I see my own code run successfully. It is this feeling, which till date, drives me to not give up on even the toughest of problems. And it is this love for programming, combined with my desire to dig deeper into the working of various applications and technologies, which propels me to apply for a post graduate diploma in Computer applications development.
Pursuing my strong interest in Computer Engineering has over the years enabled me to develop keen analytical and reasoning skills. Through the course of the four-year Bachelor of Technology degree program in Computer Engineering at the prestigious Pune University, I acquired an overall perspective of this scientific discipline, with a particular interest in Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, .NET Technology, Database Management, JAVA,Theory of Computation and Principles of Compiler Design were some of the other areas that captured my attention. I enhanced my knowledge more by opting certificate course for JAVA from Seed infotech .
As part of the project of my final semester of study I decided to build a project on cloud based game management under internship of teleparidigm networks. This project is built using dot net technology such as Asp.net and sql server. This project was deployed in cloud called MS azure .I participated in college festival such as perception 2011 in vishwakarma intitute of information technology to show case My project. This has served to sharpen my inclination to engage in active research within this area.
Simultaneously, active participation in a wide range of extracurricular activities has ensured the all round development of my personality. I have taken part in cultural activities like group dance and i am also a part of band called sound of zion where i play acoustic guitar . Apart from this I handled , a responsibility that included acting as the bridge between the students and the administration, scheduling additional lectures for the class, assisting the faculty advisor in her duties and assisting the students in case of any problems. This experience brought to the fore my leadership abilities, while also assisting in honing my social skills.
After my graduation I got my first job as a Technology support engineer in Genie customer management service PVT ltd in pune. I Was’t happy with my job because this job dint have much to do with programming.Later that period my manager found my analysing ability better than my other colleagues. So he intoduced me to do some real life programing skill later on that period they changed my designation to software engineer. I started learning different programming skills in detail that is Dot net, Java and some database language such as SQL server. After this i got placed in a company called Pristine IT Solution. Where I got more experience in programming in dot net languages such as ASP.net, WPF,winform and Windows mobile programming .My third company was Infosys Bpo Limited as Technology support specialist where I worked in product called Basware which is built in DOT net technology and XML. My work experience turned out to be extremely enriching for me on a host of levels. Working at Infosys BPO Limited has sharpened my programming skills. It has inculcated in me team spirit and the ability to interact and work with both colleagues and seniors in a proactive manner. It has also helped me in accepting the challenges involved to expertise new domain and new technology, getting familiarized to new concepts and has developed a sense of professionalism in me.
Reason to choose Canada:
I short-listed two colleges, one in Canada and other in Australia. After consulting with my peers and seniors and checking course contents thoroughly, I am convinced that Canada is a better option as it has developed a first-rate education system with high standards and global recognition.
Canadian culture is more diverse and vibrant. It is considered peaceful, safe and orderly country. Being a country of immigrants from all over the World, different perspectives are respected and learning together is encouraged.
Tuition fees and living expenses are also in favour of Canada when compared to other countries with equally good education system.
The post graduate diploma program in Computer applications development offered by the conestoga college will undoubtedly provide me with the right knowledge, skills and experience to pursue that dream and exploit the opportunities to the fullest extent. The practical-orientation of your in-depth coursework will allow me to not only acquire a clear understanding of the subject but also the skills to execute it. I am confident my exposure to such initiatives would quite augment my knowledge base and add tremendous value in enabling me to realize my professional goals

I submit this letter for your kind perusal explaining my purpose to pursue Computer Application Development post graduate program from ConestogaCollege, Kitchener, ON which will commence in Sep 2016.
I graduated as a B.E(Bachelor of Engineering)specializing in Computer Engineering from the Savitribai Phule Pune university, Pune in 2013. I have always been a keen student and wanted to continue pursuing higher education but not before gathering some valuable work experience in order to gain a larger perspective of the industry and professional environment.
I gained experience in companies like Genie Customer Management Service Pvt. Ltd., Pristine IT Solutions and Infosys BPO Limited in Technology Support engineering roles and have been responsible for installing and configuring enterprise software, managing ERP software while also being exposed to various support software such as Basware ,Kofax,PINGA,WizApp3S which piqued my interest in Software development and also made realize how computer applications and software has been the driving factor and a massive contributor to the IT boom of our world. After thorough understanding of my interests and my strengths, I decided to make a career in Computer Application development and while I have a strong basic knowledge about computer engineering, I lack the specialised knowledge to enable me to pursue my passion which is Computer application development.
There are many universities offering Computer application development courses in India but I want to leverage my existing qualification and the knowledge to gain specialised training and education and pursuing this course at Conestoga college in Canada not only gives me this chance but more so on a highly developed and competitive international platform where I can hone my interpersonal skills, gain global exposure and get better prepared for my career progression in my country after successfully graduating from this course. I am aware that the tuition fee is $14,001.00 CAD per annum and the living expense is 10000 CAD per annum, and I paid my first installment fee of $7,562.31CAD CAD and reserved my slot in the program. And also I deposited 10,025 CAD in my ICIC bank of Canada account towards my living expenses. Enclosed are the financial documents for your kind perusal.
