my visa got Refused !!! plz help

My course have only sep and jan intake in all the colleges and as it is a visual effects course i have very less options to select any college. To conclde i am in the most worst situation.

Today i again reapplied under general category wth cover letter stating my purpose and why the course and college. Another letter answering to their rejection points.

And this time i enclosed all the supportng documents and a ca certificate to prove my parents income and assets to prove my roots in india.

I know i have thin chances. Bt i have no other go. Only 11 working days left for my college start date.

Lets see. God is great.

hey bro.........nobody here is an expert.......nd even experts(consultants) cant say anything abt the chances of any student ..........we r all on the same boat here.........ur funds should not be a problem as u have paid the fees nd u hav the loan for the rest.......btw...how much surplus money did u show and any property???...............we can only discuss bro........ we did our part........think positive..u will surely get it..

i m too about to find out tommrw whether i m going to canada or not!!!!

Hope i ll get it this time. But i think time is very tight. Hope they ll process my application soon.
