My VISA for study application got rejected , need suggestion

Cause of rejection by VISA office is Other reasons: IMM 5622 (12-2016) E GCMS (DISPONIBLE EN FRANÇAIS - IMM 5622 F) Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Can anybody please tell me the way to get VISA properly ?

I also rejected before 4/5 month reason appeared same as you .
