my university fees is less than 10k , what to do ?

hello everyone

in the CIC site they mention that i should have 10k for university fees + 7k for living expenses

my university will cost over all in these years will be 5k not 10k yearly

dose showing fees 5k+7k in my bank statement will be accepted ? notice that i have asked the uni to state that my overall fees is 5k . will this will be acceptable ?

What university? That is lower than most Canadians pay
