I have a (80 days) diploma in Flight dispatch

You got a diploma after attending an 80-day course? Not sure if you can use that diploma.

how did you reach a score of 217 ? I did a basic eval and have reached to 336 ..
Did you calculate ur IELTS score properly ?

IELTS overall is 7.5 .. speaking 8, the rest 7,7,7

Could you advise what to choose for each part?

The CRS language points are for each ability

Speaking 8 is CLB 10 CRS 32
Reading 7 is CLB 9 CRS 29
Writing 7 is CLB 9 CRS 29
Listening 7 is CLB 7 CRS 16

So based on CRS you IELTS score is 32+29+29+16 = 135
