V666......No thanks GOD I didnt get any RQ so far......Hopefully will get the oath invitation instead of RQ.......Right now anxiously waiting for the oath invitation....

Here is my timeline:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship on September 28, 2011.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 28, 2011.

We started processing your application on March 21, 2012.

We sent you a notice on October 15, 2012 to appear and write the citizenship test on October 30, 2012 at 8:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

A friendly advice.If you happen to visit US and have a stamp on a same day trip i would advice to declare it in your absence form.It makes the cross checking of entries in your passport easier.In my case the officer asked me about the stamp that is not on my list of absence and i have to explain to her that its a same day trip.

I have applied in Oct 2012, and I my status changed to In process on 6 Feb. my local office is mississauga, can someone suggest what will be next.. how much time I have to wait to get the test date?
