* my study Visa has been refused (I'm an Iranian Living in Malaysia)*

Hey guys! I need urgent help ,i'd really appreciate if you could help me ..


my study visa has been refused 2 days ago because i couldn't satisfy them that i'm gonna leave Canada after i finish my studies . so they said if i want to reapply i need a comprehensive letter with enough reasons(some proofs) to satisfy them that im gonna leave Canda by the end of that period. I really have no idea how to come up with a very good letter that can satisfy them this time .
P/S: i'm Iranian and i've been living in Malaysia for 5 years . I got my IT Management degree here and now i got a acceptance letter for PRE -MBA course fromm Thopmson Rivers university in Canada.

State ur ties with Iran, ur family, assets, job opportunities and scope of degree in Iran. Also mention if u r a member of certain societies. Delineate a viable future plan that relates your motives for going canada to your desire to serve your country and nation. Explain how coming back to Iran would be better for your career than staying at Canada, e.g there would be more competition in Canada while less in Iran for job hunt. Make sure there is a well defined goal which led you to go Malaysia and now Canada and that you will return back for the sake of this goal. Your goals should be realistic and normal.
