My consultants applied on March 9th via offline mode from Chennai.

Since, then I just see the same status “your visa application with tracking I’d 0000000000 is processing at Bangalore”.

College starts on May 7th! Any idea when can I expect an reply?

We are in the same boat. We can expect progress in a week or so. Wait for 5 weeks. The monthly updates may change soon. Which college are you joining?
