My strange experince with CIC and Saudi PCC

Guys let me share you my experience with CIC and Saudi PCC

I got my PCC with in a week after applying from Jeddah.

After that I sent my PCC without translation for the first time, then i got email that I have to translate the PCC.

So I got it translate and send it.

Since my application toke so long therefore CIC emailed me to send a new PCC from Saudi, During this time I did a frequent visits BTW Pak and Saudi.

I Didn't send new PCC (I my self don't know why) may be I was fade-up

After 3 months CIC asked my to update and send all forms which i sent for the first time, new forms was little bit changed from 2011 to 2013

Well I completed the form and send them

After 1 month again I got an email from CIC in which they asked me to send new PCC from Pakistan (I also sent PCC from Pakistan before)

I was surprised that first they asked me to send PCC from Saudi (which I didn't sent for the second time) Now they are asking me to send a new PCC from Pakistan while I was in Saudi.

Anyways while I was in Saudi I asked my brother to make a PCC for me from Pakistan and send it to CIC and he did so.

Well after that time passed and all went well. and now my application is finalized and "Decision is made"

My visa is now ready to issue

The purpose of sharing this that there is no any thumb rule in CIC, All is about luck :0

Is SSC certificate issued from Secondary school board with name of parent acceptable?
My SSC certificate mention that name xxx, date of birth xxx s/o of xxx is also mention

Is SSC Certificate acceptable as substitute of Birth Certificate?

I was in Saudi 15 years before, they did not ask for Saudi PCC. Heard that it is very difficult to get Saudi PCC from outside.

Yes for sure.

You are right it is near to impossible to get Saudi PCC if you are not inside Saudi.

I read in some other thread that SSLC certificate and/or affidavit sent by applicant lead to rejection.

I gave only my SSLC certificate with DOB and parents name, it was accepted by CIC. I didn't even give affidavite.
