My Status is recieved by Visa officer

HI all,
i need some assistance, since i have sent my documents in spet and received ack of recieved docs in oct, my ecas status is

Recieved by visa officer.




i dont know if any one else has same status as some of my friends who even sent docs after me have ecas status IN Process.

do i need to do some thing or ask them for any questions.

Do not compare with friends ro other applicants process, did you get 2nd AOR? if yes follow E-case status only and if you have 2nd AOR you can go for CAIPS note.

everything on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp, look on your right side screen link is there "Check application status ". read instructions.
use your 1st or 2nd AOR (if you have) as immigration file number. then follow required fields value.

Do you mind if I ask you about this file number? When I make the application payment in my country they gave me a receipt. Is this the number I required to enter into the portal?

Your file number start with B with 9 numbers. No not payment reciept one.
