hi, i am trying to apply for study permit in Canada, my situation is i am getting married in January, and i want to apply for march intake in toronto. Is there any way me and my husband can enter canada together on my study permit start i am not trying to enter canada by myself only. Can anyone help me with this situation.

And also my fiance/husband have tourist visa for canada till august 2020

Any suggestion or knowledge would be helpful

Its advisable to apply for study visa before the marriage.

Ok but how can i have my spouse/future husband enter canada with me at the same time
I m not sure about it but all of my friends who bought their spouse here ,,,,,came here alone first and then applied for the spouse. I haven't seen anyone coming together.

We are doing the same for my brother. His fiance has got the visa for january and after marriage( in nov ), we will apply for him to join.


On the other hand applying togather may have negative impact on your file.( IRCC may interpret it as that you are going to settle in Canada permanently.)

Majority of the consultants will say the same.
Ask a good licenced advisor.
