my special problem pls help

first of all pleasure to meet you ladies and gentelmen . this is my first post and i hope to read back from you

first of all of i`m from kuwait and ofcourse i`m non-kuwait (statless) i got married to my canadian wife and we apply for spouse visa

and thanks god i got accepted in 24 of feb 2010 and they inform me they sent my file to abudhabi embassy and the visa start to take action in 12 of april...... :

first point the government wont renew my passort and they will withdraw it back when i need to renew it and passport will expire in 30 dec 2010 which means by the end of this year...... :-\

2nd point i google the time frame for visa process in abu dhabi which shows in most of cases is 18 months (yikes) and the minimum rate is 30% and it takes 9 months.....

-why abu dhabi takes that long time to process the visa ? and is there any way to haste up the process ?

-if they call me after 9 months for sure i will be w/o valid passport what they going to do for such a case like r they going to issue me temp travel document ?

There is no way to hasten up the process. They will take whatever time they need, no matter what you do.

There is a way to deal with refugees who do not have any valid papers, so I'm sure there is a way to deal with your situation. Even though you currently have a valid passport, maybe you should look into the kind of declaration that refugees without any papers do. It might be a useful addition to your application.

could you share your timelines pls... even our application is going thru abu dhabi..... have the embassy asked for any additional docs? have u recd AOR.... or any response from abu dhabi??
it will help to know of any details about your case.... as it is .... we are not many applicants of abu dhabi on any threads... so it will help to know more about your case.
also ... why is it that you cannot get ppt renued?
as for the processing at abu dhabi, its all luck .... there have been cases where the process is over and visa issued in 2 months (from abu dhabi) so one cannot say for sure. the timelines on hte official site for sure is very disheartening....
just hope that its faster than that....

hey mr-canada thank you so much for sharing your timelines with me and you are right there isnt much info about abudhabi embassy in this forum
well about my issue as (statless) its along story cause i born in kuwait and i dont have the kuwaiti nationality beside internal issues

this is my timelines
in the letter got approved in 15 march 2010 ofcourse it include medicals and police report all togather
i dont got the accurate time for file when they send it from canada to abudhabi
in 13 of april they start the process of the visa thats my timelines mr canada
and one last thing mr-canada can you tell me you from which country ?

and one last thing please any who read this post and you have info about abu dhabi visa process please feel free to share it with us thanks in advance!
