Hi,
Me and my husband are PR holders. We landed in October 2016. And came back after our landing procedure in nov 2016. We've decided we will come and go back once I will conceive and deliver the baby in canada. Why we came back after landing? because I could not conceive naturally I'm PCOS patient. My treatment was going on in Aga University Hospital Karachi Pakistan. But as soon as I conceived in Aug 2017. We've planned to move back to canada to deliver the baby there. But my gyno did not gave me permission to travel because it was high risk pregnancy. And I have a letter from my gyno for not giving me permission and reasons written out there. My baby delivered in April 2018. Now we are planning to move back. But the problem is we are not having TRV for my son.
We have already applied once for TRV then TRP and both were rejected.
We have shown them my treatment reports, letter from gyno. Also we shown the tickets traveling with our baby.
Now we have only an option left one parent go and sponsor the kid. But my husband is very depressed and loosing hopes as he cant live without family and special with his son and thinking to cancel his PR because he wants to move as a family. Else BIG NO from his side.
Please help me guys and guide me how to apply again for TRV to get successful.

If the TRV and TRP have both been refused, then your husband needs to move to Canada ahead of the rest of the family and sponsor your child once he arrives in Canada. Once PR is approved for your child (this should take around 6 months), you can move to Canada with your child to join your husband. That's really your only option at this point if you want to try to keep your current PR status.

If your husband is unwilling to move ahead of you and your child - then yes, both of you should renounce your PR status and then apply again from scratch as a family.

Your son is not coming to visit Canada on a temporary basis that's why the TRV was refused. Your family is moving permanently to Canada. There haas medical care in Canada so your choice to have your child in Pakistan is a personal choice. There are consequences to your choice.

What if I try to show them that my son is coming Canada for temporary basis with his mother and we will back to Pakistan after 6 months and meanwhile my husband can sponsor my son
