My sister become PR 14 months ago. She has a 15 years old daughter currently living in China. She declared her and the daughter was examined. When the application was approved, due to family reason, my sister didn't only sent her passport for visa. She left her daughter in China. Now how can she apply sponsorship for her 15 years old daughter?
