She needs to apply for express entry to immigrate like everyone else. Her medical issues are only a concern if she would be a burden on the health system. If she has hearing issues then hearing aids etc are paid out of pocket & for Turners, does she take drugs or have any health issues requiring surgery/care etc.

Thank u for reply....She has not any health issue ...she is working in a private company as assistant executive to CEO...but she has some congenital malformation of heart ,for which we just need to go for follow up every year,no surgeries required yet.and she is doing well in her life.

She can apply for express entry. if she gets an ITA, she needs to do a medical. She may or may not get a procedural fairness letter which will determine if her health issues are a burden on the health care system. If yes, then she is medically inadmissible but you will not know this until she gets ITA and completes the medical.

Assuming her son is canadian or PR and meets the requirements (3 years income meeting LICO), she has to take a medical. And yes, she can be medically inadmissible.

Really depends on how severe the medical issues are because every Turner girls is different. The use of growth hormone could have a major impact on medical inadmissibility due to cost and so could cardiac issues. OP was looking into an adopted son eventually sponsoring a parent so it likely hasn't happened yet.

Thank you very much for your reply! She just started for the injection, and I have no clues how much it actually cost for the growth hormone since it's covered in our hometown.
