My score is 417. Will I get ITA? Confused with EE

I have EE score of 417. Is there any hopes for me to receive ITA?

417 is not a bad score. Depends on number ao applicant in the pool between 400 and 600.

actually you are right in saying NOT even Chris Alexander. My understanding is that even though CIC set a target for PR approvals this year it will definitely take a hit given Alberta's economic slowdown. Companies here are laying off people left and right. So Chris Alexander will definitely not be encouraged by entrepreneurs to bring in more people (so you can imagine job bank will not have too many jobs) and most importantly they would have to protect Canadians first. May be God knows

321 is little bit low score. Do you have any chances of improvement?
