My renewal Pr card application was returned

I mailed my renewal PR card application on 21/6, it was returned on 18/8, it request me to retake the photo with no smile and fill out the date i missed in the form.
I will mail it on 21/8 by Express, so how long i have to wait my card back?
Do i have to lineup again?

I wanna get my new card bk asap!!!

I suspect , although I have no specific knowledge, that your application will start from the back of the line again.
