My Proof of Fund under General category is enough?

Hello guys,

I'm going to apply under General category for my Post Graduate Diploma. But I'm worried if my current proof of fund is enough or not? Please advice..

My 1st Year College Tuition Fees : 12000$ (Total 24000$ for 2 yrs)

Proof of funds:
1. GIC of $10000 paid.
2. Ist sem fees of $5835 paid.
3. My brother's Sponsorship affidavit, Salary certificate and salary slip.(*showing Salary Rs.4,20000/Annum)
4. Affidavit showing our family properties and its combined agricultural income of Rs.600000 per annum.

* I'm not able to show any bank statements, ITRs or any other proofs.

I'm going to apply for the visa next week. Please give your suggestions and opinion guys..

Hard to say. CIC generally wants to see bank statements as proof the funds are available now.
