My Profile : Need Expert Opinion (Urgent)

10th - 86.2%
12th - 82.6%
Graduation - Bsc. Chemistry Honours 58.96% (2011)
IELTS - 7.5
Graduated in 2011 and from the last 4 year working in my dad's jewellery business.
I am applying for the two years P.G Dipoma Program of global business management.

Is it the right program according to my profile as it shows relevance to my current work experience or should i go for the program related to my graduation(chemistry) but it will have no relevance to the last 4 years of my work-ex. Which program has a better chance of visa approval ?

Please guys help me out soon, i am going for the september intake and it is already very late.

Hi buddy,

It is my opinion that you go where your passion lies. But the real challenge is getting the VO on the same page with you. This canbe done through a letter of explanation. How best you van convince him depends entirely on you and his disposition. Your failure to do so would definitely result in rejection of your application on the ground of unrelated academic pursuit. But if your interest is in just obtaining a postgraduate degree or certificate, then go for your course Chemistry.

But I will advise that you go for the business studies. That's where your career rests.

then, go for the program. Ensure, you that, in the letter of explanation, you highlight the importance of the studies to your career.

I am on the same path as u r. BEIT and 4 years experience in family business of construction. Moreover, these 4 years are between my education as I had to handle business due to fathers illness. Just gave final year BEIT exams and waiting for results. Thou I have all proofs for father's medical condition and business done, still worried about what will happen. Also not so good academics. But I am anyways not going for any masters i IT, but general business management which is relevant to my work-ex. Ielts 7
